
Lee Phillips
Lee Phillips is a London-based firefighter, athlete, fitness professional and model known for combining elite physical performance with a career in public service. Originally from South Wales, he developed a passion for sport early on, playing rugby at county level and representing Wales internationally in basketball before moving to London to join the fire service. Alongside his firefighting career, Phillips has built a reputation in the fitness world, competing internationally in firefighter athletic competitions and winning multiple titles at the World Police and Firefighter Games, including gold medals in Ultimate Firefighter and CrossFit events.
Beyond competition, Phillips has also become a prominent figure in fitness media and television. Discovered by presenter Andi Peters, he transitioned into modelling and has appeared in leading publications such as Italian Vogue, GQ and Fantastic Man, while famously appearing on the cover of Men’s Health more than 30 times internationally. He now works as a personal trainer, fitness consultant and competition director for Turf Games, and also serves as a referee on the BBC reboot of Gladiators. Through his training programmes, brand partnerships and social media presence, Phillips continues to promote performance, resilience and a high-performance lifestyle.
